This is an SHB Fancy EP grade coffee from the Cafe de Altura de San Ramon farmer group, which is located in the West Valley growing region of the San Isidro district of Costa Rica. Started in 2004, Cafe de Altura is owned by 580 small coffee farmers. Their primary focuses of quality, sustainability, and values are wonderfully captured in this lot, which they have named La Poeta (The Poet). Altitude for this lot ranges from 1100-1300 masl and varieties include Caturra, Red Catuai, and Villa Sarchi.
