TOOLS REQUIRED:
- Bonavita Brewer
- Paper filters - Cone 8-12 cup
- Gram Scale
Place paper filter into the brew basket.
Fill the water tank to the desired amount of cups to be brewed.
Every cup line equals 6oz.
Weigh out 10 grams of coffee for each cup line filled in the water tank.
For example, 4 cup lines equals 40 grams.
Pour the ground coffee into the paper filter and place the brew basket on top of the thermal server.
Turn brewer on.
You will soon see the water tank emptying, steam rising from the brew basket and hearing the brewer gurgle as it brews. It will take 4-6 minutes.
Take care as the coffee is still brewing/flowing through the paper filter when the water tank is empty. Let it rest for a minute or two to brew completely.
Screw on the thermal carafe lid.
Serve and enjoy!

If using coffee beans grind to the consistency of coarse salt with a burr grinder.
- If you are not using milk or sugar, let the coffee cool for 1 min before drinking. It will allow for the coffee aromatics and flavours to open up instead of burning your taste buds.
