This coffee is named Wush Wush due to its unique fermentation process.
Our producing partner likened the flavour to that of the Colombia coffee varietal of the same name and thus named it as such.
While coincidental, its name has nothing to do with the Ethiopian town called Wushwush.
The 2020 crop is the second time our producer has repeated this experimental process.
